- Submitting an inquiry is free for the buyer. Commission on any resulting purchase is paid by the seller or by the agency brokering the deal.
- How quickly will you get back to me?
- We usually reply within one to three business days. The timeframe depends on the country, property type and current market supply.
- Who do you share my data with?
- The inquiry is handled by the Donapartment internal team and, after review, may be passed manually to a specific partner agency covering your target location. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- What if I don't know the location yet?
- You can leave the country and property type empty — describe what you are considering in the note and we will help you choose.
