Donapartment connects real estate agencies with people looking for a property or an investment. In one place you’ll find listings with filters, details and a clear layout.
How do I find the right listing?
On the Listings page you can combine filters by country, region, property type, price and more. You can sort results by date or price.
Where can I browse listings by country or region?
Choose Destinations in the header or the destinations section on the home page. After you pick a country and region, the listings page opens with filters pre-selected.
What does the yield (ROI) figure on a listing mean?
The listing detail includes an indicative yield calculator. It is a model calculation based on the parameters you enter — not a binding offer or investment advice. Always verify figures and risks with a professional.
I’m a real estate agency — how can I advertise?
Under “For agencies” you can register, create an agency profile and manage listings in the portal. We’ll add details on subscriptions and features according to the current service offering.
Why is the site in a different language?
Choose the site language (SK, EN, ES, DE) in the header. Listing content and UI text may vary depending on available translations.
Will there be information on the buying process, taxes or legal matters?
